Please fill Out Form First and then Select the Items you would like to pay for. Once Hitting a “Add to Cart” Button- You can go back to the Registration Page by using your “Back” button.

All Payments are made through Pay Pal. If you do not have a Pay Pal Account do not worry, Pay Pal guides you through page by page.

If paying for more than one item, after clicking for the 1st item, just click “Continue Shopping” on Pay Pal and you will be guided back to this page. Select your next item and again you will be guided back to pay pal. Repeat this until you are finished shopping, then click “Checkout”.
