Decepitve Listings Victories
Two states have recently wond victories in the battle agains decepetive phone book listings. In North Carolina, the decepitive Advertising of Business Bll (S.514) was signed in to law Aug 31, 2007.

The Bill prohibits "businesses that supply perishable products from misrepresting the geographical locations of their bussiness in telephone
directories, directory assitance databases, on the internet, and in print
advertisements."

In California, A.B. 1282 which bans foral or ornamental products or service companies fomr misrepresenting their geographical location, was signed by Gov. Arnold Schwarenegger. California will be the 24th State to pass deceptive listing legislation.

If you would like to see Minnesota pass such legislation, please contact a MNSFA board member. What is needed is a passion, will, and drive to take this to the Minnesota Gov. and Legislative Congress. Could that be you?

Indiana Glass users need to go to the Syndicate website and find a comparable style under the Syndicate catalog page or the Brody glass page. The Indiana glass is no longer being offered to any customers.
Register at the Syndicate site to participate in the Direct Drop Ship program (100+cases). Then will need to select a wholesaler to get set up for pricing and billing. Place your order on line. The product will ship directly to you with the next Syndicate truck route
